Fruit Salad! Yummy Yummy!

We love the Wiggles. We used one of their songs and books to learn about fruit salad and why it's good for us!

We opened up our play dough center today! A new class favorite:)

A Color of His Own

On Friday, we read A Color of His Own by Leo Lionni.

Then the kids used watercolor to make their own chameleons!

They all did such a great job.

Today we drew pictures of ourselves and practiced writing our names!

Our helper of the day helped hand out juices for snack. Yum!

Some kids worked on counting at the math center.

Rice is one of our favorite centers!

A big puppet show was the main event at afternoon centers.

We had fun tracing our first initials with foam shapes. 

We’ll send these projects home tomorrow.  They are so cute!

School Tour

We went on a tour all around the school today.  What a big school we have! We even saw where a dinosaur had painted his picture last year…

The kids practiced their names when they first came into class. We love those dry-erase boards!

Jacob brought in a special treat for his birthday. Thank you, Jacob!  Happy birthday!

Reece played ball at centers…
