We made our own fish bowls today! How cool!
Then we practiced adding with fish bubbles (cheese balls from James!).
Every day of life is a celebration; especially here in Preschool! I hope you enjoy watching your children grow each day. -Mrs. Croxford

Today was Emily’s birthday! Her mom came to read to us and brought cupcakes! Yum Yum…
It was also Jered’s birthday! He brought doughnuts. Can I get another Yum Yum!?
Annika went to the beach and brought back shells and sand for us to explore.
Thanks, Annika!
Meanwhile, the kids waiting their turn fished for sight-word whales!
We are learning to add fish!
All of the fish want to be friends, so Lauren is bringing all of the fish together into the big ocean.
Then Lauren is writing how many fish are in the big ocean after she added them all together.
Great job, Lauren!
Kids can practice adding while playing with their food! We’re going to practice with gold fish crackers later this week!
We went fishing for letters! We helped the capital letter fish friends find their lower case letter fish friends!
Have a wonderful weekend!
We played “Fish, Fish, Shark!” today after learning our new ocean poems and songs. I got to play, too!
Lily’s grandmother came to read to us today!
Emily showed her Snoopy’s Student poster.
She did such a great job sharing her pictures with us!
We read the story of the Rainbow Fish today and then made our own!
How adorable! They make me smile.
We also worked on our Ocean Numbers. Today we practiced writing the number one and colored one seal.
I am so happy to have caught this moment on camera. When kids finish their snacks, they one-by-one head over to the library to read. I love how interested they all look and how much fun they are all having reading.
This is what it’s all about…
Welcome to the Pre-K Ocean!

And work with play dough and blocks!
We had so much fun with our new Ocean Centers today! Tomorrow, we’ll be reading Rainbow Fish and making our own rainbow fish for our ceiling:)
