We had so much fun at our spring parties today!!!
The morning class had a yummy snack…

And had an Easter Egg hunt!

We all cut out and put together bunny puzzles today! The kids did a great job with their cutting, piecing together, and gluing!
After a sight word egg hunt, we wrote our own bunny stories.
Funny stories, kids! This book will be in our Class Book Library soon:)
We have a new class parrot! Mr. Parrot likes to repeat everything we say!
Some kids played the Hungry Caterpillar game today.
And others re-read the book.
We worked a lot with our sight words this week. We did an egg hunt and each egg had one of our words in it!
My big sister is in town from Indianapolis and was able to stop by to meet the kiddos.
She was very impressed with the Peanuts’ knowledge about the map of the United States and that we can all count to 100 together! Peanuts, you have all worked so hard!
Ms. Rice came in today to teach our character ed. lesson for the month.
We made origami puppies!
Thanks, Ms. Rice! We also learned about caterpillars/butterflies and played The Very Hungry Caterpillar board game…but I got so caught up in playing with the kids that I forgot to take a picture of it!!! Hopefully tomorrow:)
Today was Tyler’s birthday! Happy birthday, Tyler!!! Thank you for the cupcakes and cool rings.
We made bunnies for our ceiling! So cute!
X has been so much fun this week! The kids cut out and decorated Xs.
